Valle de Bravo is our first destination, place known to it’s strong flying conditions was chosen to test last prototype of our new EN-C glider Queen. As the same time there was running Monarca open comp, it was nice battlefield to test our latest proto against latest comp wings and top pilots.
After two flying days in superb conditions we could say the Queen has really good potential. It keeps Rook agility and ease of use, combined with amazing glide in all speed range and of course higher top speed. In turbulent convergence lines was possible to keep positions with comp. wings so comp pilots was little surprised about performance of new Queen. But the most important for us was stability, and neutral balance in strong thermal, handling is very similar to Rook very direct with more pitch forward tendency so is easy to keep energy in turbulence.
Rook again shows that is great little racer, with Urban flying it together with top comp gliders. Second destination will be competition in Taxco close to Iguala is new place. There we will race with our wings so keep fingers for us.
