Everything you know, but LIGHT

The new K-light is our answer to a question you may not even know that you asked - but try it and you'll know! It is essentially a Knight built Light, and with the tried-and-tested Triple Seven lightweight risers too, making it everything the Knight is, but lighter, easier on your back and on your mind, both when packing for the big adventure and in the air.

Although the lightweight construction does make it, even more, user-friendly on the ground and in the air, with the Knight already a remarkably easygoing glider this probably won't be the main reason for you to go K-light; the fact that the glider weighs a full kilo less in size MS probably will! Once you're airborne, the wing will behave just about precisely like the wing which Ziad Bassil has already dubbed a "masterpiece" in his Dustoftheuniverse review, so it'll impress you with "[an]...impressive cocktail of climb, glide, handling, comfort, ease of use, authority on the brakes, efficiency" - meaning that no matter what adventure you're planning, this glider will most likely be exactly what you need to make it even better!

Special light risers with speed system and soft links:

A lot of time and dedication went into the riser design; the new risers are not only light but also easier to use and handle than the classic lightweight Dyneema string risers; with their flat, traditional look the new ones will feel more familiar in spite of their 50% reduced weight compared to "normal" risers, of course, while retaining full strength.

Aljaz Valic:

"We know that most pilots enjoy the increased versatility of the new lightweight generation of wings, and have decided to offer all our new wings in lightweight versions too. The new K-light follows the D-light in this move, and essentially does everything that the Knight does, in a lighter, more compact package. We believe it will be the perfect choice for a wide range of pilots, from hard-core globetrotters to hike&fly enthusiasts, or simply pilots looking for the same experience in a lighter, more compact package - perhaps due to relatively long access walks to their local flying site, or for some other equally reasonable reason."

The K-light is for performance-oriented weight watchers looking for a versatile, fast and LIGHT wing for their skyborne adventures. It is well-suited for air travel, and great for any hike&fly XC adventure.
